If y'all didn't know, Martin had a stroke a couple of years ago & they sometimes play into people gaining weight. And a lot of people saying he should've lost the weight, but I don't think it matters. He's a playing an older version of his character and no matter how much some people work out, they'll still be chunky in the face

He doesn't need to go on a mad one working out. However, especially after a stroke, he needs to watch his diet to help lower his blood pressure. I don't want to hear any sad news about him within the next couple decades.

Darius Shropshire And where did you hear that? Last time he was in the hospital bed serious. It was in 1999 because of heat stroke which caused a coma. He’s never had a stroke. He’s had some issues in the 90’s. And that little weight is no problem at all. Also it’s big chance of the new Big momma movie of his. Even Will Smith is out of shape, you can see that on his chest for example in the trailer when he steps out of the car. And by the way Martin is 54 and Will is 50.

Every reaction to this trailer I've seen, people talk about Martin's weight. Back in like '99' he slipped into a 3 day coma after collapsing from heat exhaustion. He nearly died and I think his body went through significant changes after that.

Yup. Even in Bad Boys 2, it was clear he put on extra weight, and that was 4 years after that stroke. People be trippin' too much over his weight, honestly. I never watched BB for HIS physicality. Just the comedy. And honestly, with whatever weight gain he's gone thru, it actually works to the movie's credit, since his character is mulling retirement anyway.

I think that was Mike with a UMP-45, not an UZI. That's a .45 calibre submachine gun. The high calibre could have been the reason why the Zoe Pound bangers were getting knocked over like skittles.
