just a little quick reminder drink lots of water:), stay hydrated, and when your nose randomly bleeds you gotta keep your head up so the blood won't keep coming down, that's a sign that you need to start drinking more water cause that basically shows your dehydrated so don't forget to drink water y'all 😉

My friend used to have the same issue as Kevin, she ended up going to a special doctor who used something like an "iron" and used it inside her nose in order to stop the bleeding and ever since that day she stopped having a bleeding nose!

Kevin here is a tip for you when you have a noise bleed smell alcohol or put cold water in your face also just like it come out in the sink I get it all the time I get bloody noise allll the time with blood clots. ✅❤️

Never sniff when you have a blood nose you loosen the blood clot that is forming. I get blood noses all the time. Put your head back while holding your nose not forward. And don’t blow and you blow out the blood clot that has or is sopping the bleeding

I'm starting to have yogurt the one that has less calories only 40 calories and one little one so I have two of them and a cup of coffee in the mornings my weight was too or 15 now I'm all the way down to 211 so I'm hoping my weight will get out of the 200 Mark wish me luck love from Canada 🇨🇦🙏♥️🙂🙂

On Kevin you should put vaseline on the nose that is bleeding. I am like Kevin always bleedign and I use vaseline and use a q-tip to apply.Hope this helps

For bloody nose wet your forehead with cold water that makes it stop

My bloody nose the dr says the fix would only last 6 month to a year but not worth it I put cold towel behind my neck and forehead to help stop the nose blood faster

If it happening after he runs than his body temperature gets to high so cold compress on next and head will help prevent blood nose
