I think I know why reminds you of Hozier, the versus what she sings country like the way Hozier sings, with a deep voice with all of the slides and stuff, and the way she pronounces some of her words.

There are some issues with Mike's mic, not sure if you guys caught it. It cuts out frequently while he's speaking. Skip to 4:46 to see what I'm referring to (watch for 20 seconds or so, you should notice it). It's throughout the video though.

Stunning!! Don’t know if you can help with her voice, maybe an Alto as her voice goes really low sometimes but also high in some parts. Not a voice specialist so just wondering?

She's actually a Mezzo-Soprano, that's why she can go quite low but also go so high. You're welcome for the info :)
