+Bad Drivers of Oslo In Sweden you have to stop if possible when there is a yellow light.. So police could (don't know if they would..) fine you for going through a yellow light if they think that you had been able to stop without danger. Since Norway has almost the same laws as Sweden I thought this was the same...

+Volvo Dashcam I just looked it up, and you are completely right. I highly doubt anyone has ever been fined for it though :P
