i would also say a mistake is not incorporating a hot oil treatment every 2-3 days, no so much damaging but something ur hair is missing out, it increases blood and definitely nourishes ur hair strands and scalp giving fats, vitamins, proteins for silky hair, it makes my hair naturally shiny and always soft
