bhaiya mereko pata hai apko boht experience hai aur aap merese behtar hi jante honge lekin mujhe lagta hai 10mm jitna ya at least 5mm turbo niche lele aur pipe thoda so bahar aa payega (curve ki baat kar raha hun) toh fitment toh better ayega lekin flow kaafi behtar ayega kyuki abhi pipe ka bent kaafi restrictive lag raha hai .

Bhai, I like your creative videos, and waiting to see this turbo setup on RE. I have a few suggestions. 1 you can use this to make a mold and use molten metal to get a size exactly the way you want. 2 I can make a precise 3-D model of this piece and u can get it 3D-printed or cut it from a CNC machine. 3 go for argon welding.

Great work but you also need to increase oil flow from your injectors or else the increased air flow to your cylinder will be of little use

Normally cars have Metal gaskets in between turbo fitting to avoid leakages .

Aap turbo exhaust header check karo aur us tarah se design kar sakte ho. To aap us se exhaust ko ache se regulate kar sakte ho aur back pressure nhi hoga jis se valve float ka issue aata h. All the best. 👍

Sir how about straight pipe from exhaust instead of bend. Change the angle of turbo such that exhaust exit and turbo plate are parallel. Just a thought seeing your video not sure about this feasibility in real.

Ek try bend pipe lamba krke or turbo niche rakhne ka try kr sakte ho..... Agar wo naa bane to turbo left side rakh k bhi kaam bann sakta hai us se apna scilencer bhi proper ho jayega

Bhai jada dur mt krna turbo inlet pipe. Kyuki agar jada dur kroge toh pressure pulse energy jo turbine ghumaegi wo km hogi jiski wajah se turbo km ghumega or air delivery to engine km hogi. Keep the distance between engine and turbo as close as possible so that pressure and temperature won't drop. Try to put hand cut exhaust gasket between mating surfaces to avoid exhaust leakage.

Take a metal sheet and make an gasket and add between the exhaust and turbo it might stop exhaust leak just like a metal gasket between cylinder head and cylinder body….and try to make an exhaust like an L shape so it could sit properly…
