This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; an audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. Welcome to Forestella's music world!🤗 It is a crossover group that encompassing almost all genres such as pop, ballad, rock, classical, folk, dance, trot, jazz, and tango. Forestella's members consist of two classical vocalists (bass Ko Woo-rim, tenor Jo Min-kyu), one rock vocalist (soprano & rock Kang Hyung-Ho), and one musical actor (R&B style husky voice Bae Doo-Hoon). They won the 2017 Korean audition program Phantom Singer Season 2. Since their debut in 2018, they have released 3 full-length albums, mini-albums, and single albums, and are actively promoting. They were all engaged in music activities at their respective places before the audition (classical singer, musical actor, chemistry researcher), but they met through the Phantom Singer season 2 program and became a team. There is creativity in re-creating one's own color without losing the essence of the original song. They make special music that cannot be found anywhere else in the world, but they move us with music that everyone can relate to. You can freely change your vocal style and play songs of various genres. Check out the covers of Bohemian Rhapsody, je suis malade, Hijo de la Luna, Time in a Bottle, shape of you, Parla Piu Piano, Nella Fantasia, Smooth Criminal, Sound of Silence, Champions, Lazenca Save Us and more. Forestella는 멤버 각자의 특징적인 음색과 표현방법을 너무나 완벽하게 구성할 줄 아는 엄청난 재능을 가진 그룹이다. 특히, 4인 4색의 조화로운 하모니를 유지하면서도 동시에 내뿜는 웅장한 가창력이 마치 40명이 소리내는것 같다. Forestella가 부르는 Lazenca Save Us, Save Our Lives, Utopia, MAMA, Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody를 들어보면 더 더욱 반하지 않을 수가 없다.

Forestella is a crossover group formed during the 2nd season of Phantom Singer. The purpose of the show was to form a classical crossover quartet, so it's important to clarify Forestella's music genre is crossover. They weren't trained as idols and aren't part of the K-Pop industry. 2:13 Bae Doohoon: Tenor, musical actor. 1:02 Kang Hyungho (stage name is PITTA): Soprano, Tenor & Rock voice. 1:36 Cho Mingyu: Operistic tenor. 0:46 Ko Woorim: Operistic bass. Mingyu and Woorim were formally trained in classical/vocal music, and Doohoon is a musical actor with many years of experience! The only one who wasn't formally trained in singing and music is Kang Hyungho, although he used to have an amateur rock band. He worked as a research chemist prior to Forestella. Forestella is also called 'Fore', and their fandom name is 숲별 (Soopbyeol = Forest Star in korean).
