"You never know how hard someone's job is until you have to do it yourself." That's an accurate statement. Some people just don't want to work so they hired others to do it; an nanny for example. Work can be so exhausting. People were always out there working hard, but I guess some people just don't want to do it just because it's boring and exhausting. Again, sometimes we need to learn how hard jobs can be either by the easy way or the hard way. Sure, jobs can be so tiring at times, but sometimes if we work hard and get things done, it can be all worth the effort and receive benefits; after a while, they can be much easier.

Parents have to be firm with their kids and know when the put their foot down. Stacy was acting too much like Asher & Ariana's aunt instead of acting like their mom. Responsibility is a huge part of parenthood. She should also be glad that Porsha was willing to come back. In real life, not many people would be as forgiving. Personally, if I was Porsha, I would have slapped Stacy at 5:27.

Being a nanny is a hard job but it is worse when a parent interferes with the nanny’s job. I loved how Steven taught Stacy a lesson on caring for children just so she could see how hard the job is. I ain’t cut out for the job so I won’t be signing up for it. It’s hard work 😓 man.

Nothing gets done automatically and everything is hard work, even if you may say “just a cleaner” “just a nanny” or something like that. Realistically if I was the nanny I would ask to say a couple words and explain, I would say "Even if you don't believe me, Khalimah let the kids eat candy, skip dinner, and skip homework, Khalimah is making it look like I am the bad person for letting them do all these things but I did, its just YOU! Khalimah, didn't let me! and I was okay with that, So you see Chris, I tried to take care of the kids, but Khalimah didn't let me!

Not only is Stacy a typical prototype of a rich arrogant lady who takes everything fot granted, but also she doesn't seem a good mother at all, for she apparently is uncappable of raising her own children and needs a nanny to take care of them. One thing is criticizing a job you never need to do, another thing is she criticizing the nanny for the way she does a job that is more hers: to raise the children and take care of them.

I don't think that moms just change like that. How come the nanny didn't quit earlier, because obviously the mom was bugging her like that. Interesting how they skipped the set-up thought on this one.
