I only thumbed up the video because the OP got pulled over and ticketed. Based on what we see in the video and the officer saying, _"It was only 35 back there."_ it doesn't appear that the driver ahead of the OP was going excessively slow and perhaps not even slow at all. The pass was reckless and completely unwarranted! Hopefully he'll never pass like this again.

Shit happens, man. I got pulled over one time for passing in a no passing zone and a state trooper just so happened to be coming up over the hill in the other direction. Haven't passed anyone since.

I got pulled over for no insurance and expired plates, but it happened in the parking lot and not on the road.
