This is incredible! Just out of curiosity, why the change from "since 1916" to "in 2018"? I noticed a few lyrics were changed to be more modernized, but why 2018 specifically? (As I understand it, and I am woefully unqualified to speak on this subject, but the original was written about the Troubles...? So it seemed an odd change) Regardless, incredible voice, incredible cover.

Being an empath and knowing what its like to lose family to war, your cover of this song never ceases to make me tear up/ cry. I hope that you feel as strongly about these lyrics as you sing them because its such an impactful song
