এটি মূলত ভারতকে সুবিধা দেওয়ার জন্য নির্মিত একটি প্রকল্প যেখানে ভারত খুব সহজে বাংলাদেশের মধ্য দিয়ে সেভেন সিস্টার রাজ্যগুলোতে অবাধে যাতায়াত করতে পারবে এবং তাদের বিভিন্ন পণ্য খুব সহজে কম সময়ের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দিতে পারে

হ্যা, এগুলো ইউরোপে অনেক বেশি চোখে পরে। আমরা দক্ষিণ এশিয়ানরা কিভাবে প্রতিবেশী দেশকে সুবিধা না দিয়ে আটকিয়ে রাখা যায় সেটা চেষ্টা করি। ধন্যাবাদ শেখ হাসিনাকে শক্তভাবে ভারত, চীন, রাশিয়া, আমেরিকা এবং ইউরোপকে হাতে রাখার জন্যে।

@@manob7 couldn’t agree more! India is taking all the advantages from its neighbouring countries but it’s not ready to grant a little concessions if it doesn’t go to its interests. For example Tista water treaty has not been ratified for more than a decade. Landlocked Nepal has been crying out for transit through Siliguri corridor it’s not happening at all which could be beneficial for both Bangladesh and Nepal. It’s just that big brother wants everything from you but nothing in return!

ছাগু তুই জীবনে নড়াইল- যশোর গিয়েছিস!!! বাংলাদেশের মানুষ ই এল মহাসড়ক ব্যবহার করে।পাশাপাশি বাংলাদেশে ভারত থেকে প্রায় ১৪ বিলিয়ন ডলারের পণ্য আমদানি ও ২+ বিলিয়ন ডলারের পণ্য রপ্তানি হয়। বেনাপোল বর্ডারের মাধ্যমে উল্লেখ যোগ্য আমদানি -রপ্তানি হয়।এবং প্রতিদিন হাজার হাজার যাত্রী ভারতে যাতায়াত করে। সুতরাং এই মহাসড়ক কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তা তোর জানা নেই। আর যদি ভারত কে ট্রানজিট দেয় তো সমস্যা কি।ট্রানজিট ফি আদায় করে বাংলাদেশের রাজস্ব বাড়বে।😊

এশিয়ান হাইওয়ে না বলে, ভারতীয় ট্রানজিট রুট বলেন। বাংলাদেশের ট্যাক্সের টাকায় ভারতের উত্তরপূর্বান্চলে পণ্য পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা(মাশুল ছাড়া)। অখন্ড ভারত বাস্তবায়ন প্রকল্প।

ভারতের মালামাল পরিবহনের সুযোগের জন্যই এটি বেশি উপকারী। এশিয়ার হাইওয়ে নয়, ভারতীয় হাইওয়ে বলেন। জাইকার ঋণ নিয়ে দাদবাবুদের সুবিধা করে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

ভারতের ৬ লেনের অটল বিহারী বাজপে সেতু যার আয়তন ২১ কিলোমিটার এবং খরচ হয় সাড়ে ১৭ হাজার কোটি টাকা মাত্র।বাংলাদেশে ৬ কিলোমিটারে পদ্মা সেতু খরচ করতে খরচ হয় ৩০ হাজার কোটি টাকা!! এখন নতুন করে শুনলাম মধুমতি সেতুর কথা।মাত্র ৬৯০ মিটার লম্বা সেতু করতে খরচ হয়েছে ৯শত ৬০ কোটি টাকা!! ও মাই গড!! পদ্মা সেতুতে নদী শাসনের দোহাই দিয়ে দুর্নীতি ঢাকা হয়। মধুমতি নদীর দুর্নীতি ঢাকতে কিসের দোহাই দিবে?
