Ingredients:-
Soaked & Peeled Almonds - 12-15
Milk - 1 Ltr
Sugar - 150 Ml
Chopped Almonds - 5
Chopped Cashewnuts - 5
Custard Powder - 3 Tbsp
Crushed Cardamom - 1/4 Tsp
Extra Milk for Mixing - 10-12 Tbsp
Recipe:-
- Soak 12-15 Almonds Overnight
- Peel the Almonds
- Blend the Almonds without adding Water or Milk
- Blend Roughly
- Remove the Almond Powder in a Bowl
- Add 5 Tbsp Milk
- Mix & Make Almond Paste
- Keep 1 Ltr Milk to Boil on Low Flame
- Once Milk Boils add Sugar
- Mix Well
- Once Sugar dissolves add chopped Almonds & Cashewnuts
- Mix Well
- Now in a Bowl Take Custard Powder
- Add 6 Tbsp Milk
- Mix Well
- Add the Custard in the Milk
- After adding Custard Keep stirring Continuously
- Now add Crushed Cardamom Powder
- Mix Well
- Keep stirring till milk starts to Thicken
- As soon as Milk starts to Thicken switch off the Gas
- Keep Badam Shake in the Fridge for Minimum 2-3 Hours
- Let it Cool
- Serve the Badam Milk in a Glass
- Garnish with Tooty Fruity & Sliced Almonds
