totally agree. unless the specific hero have an upcoming skin, the chance they will receive an adjustment is as low as their skin draw rate event

Every hero gets buff but Badang, I wish he get CD on his second skill (from 9 to at least 6 sec) his passive should be return (stun duration from 0.6 to 0.8 sec) and ulti needs more dmg (cause it is ez to escape from it)
