spamming: is a term use to refer to a playstyle that revolves around using moves constantly whilst both opponents are in neutral. (neutral: meaning both players are not in stun) garou doesnt apply to this as his moves are used in combos. Not in a neutral setting. Ninja and Cyborg usually use moves in neutral because of their AOE and of how easy they are to hit
