Baddest girl in town - Zumba Routine by H-Rec Dancefit. This is a class favorite and is requested often. The combination of power moves and the fun of latin dancing make this routine the perfect addition to your dance lineup. Feel free to use it to teach to your next Zumba or Dance Fit class. Lesha and Ty had lots of fun making this one up and we know you will love it too. We try to make our routines easy to follow, but hard enough to give you a good workout.

If you live locally, we teach in a town by St George Utah, called Hurricane. We teach at a variety of times at the Hurricane REc Center. Live classes are always better, so if you can, come give it a try. Better yet, practice the routines here and then go show off your stuff in class.
Our hope is that we can add enough routines on here to give you a full fun, workout that actually gets you sweating. We like to incorporate kickboxing and fitness moves to take up the intensity.
