I saw Jake with Ozzy four times but regret never seeing him with Badlands on that first tour. Great album! Great band!

Saw these guys at Center Stage in Atlanta in 90 or 91? Enuff Z Nuff opened for them which was kinda weird but I'm a huge fan of Badlands and loved the show. Just scored the new remastered Badlands CD off Ebay. I am also aware that Jake is involved with Enuf Z nuf (however it's spelled), so save it. Badlands kicked ass!

I love the recording of Jade's Song, but I didn't quite like it here as it seemed more wankery a la a super long cadenza instead of as the composition with specific form it's supposed to be. Really liked this band, by the way. they came out when I was a sophomore in high school. One of many good but under-appreciated groups.
