Badlands / Utah Landscape Photography #2

4 жыл бұрынEntering the badlands of central Utah feels like landing a spacecraft on the surface of Mars. The landscape is rocky, desolate, and devoid of life. Miles of empty, otherworldly terrain. I spent a few days here alone, living off-grid in a camper van to try and capture the area's unique beauty for a new collection of landscape photographs.

Respect. I appreciate your 'appreciation' for this amazing landscape. Not many photographers speak about it on their videos, which is a shame. Beautiful colours.

Yes beyond April it can be difficult. If you are in a location like yours there literally aren't any trees so you have to hunt to find shade. Even if you find some trees they may be shorter than you are, and especially during the middle of the day there won't be much shade.

I wonder how bad the wildfire smoke is out there - would love to go, but concerned about not being able to see anything except smoke.
