Usually I stand in the same place for defence. But now I understood the standing place may vary depends upon the normal and deep lift. You are great Lee. Super.

Coach Lee, looking at this video, Martin lifting using back of his hand facing to the other court, I think is not proper, that way may not have enough power and control, In my view, many beginners are like that, so I'll change their gripping to back of hand should face himself , am I doing the right thing?
