Hello Coach Lee, I want to thank you for your amazing tips and techniques that help me improve. I have a few questions on doubles and it would be great if you can make a video to answer these (as you usually do): Scenario 1: I am the in defense position waiting for a smash/drop shot and our opponent to does a drop. But this drop is very deep which is close 2 feet away from the net so I have either a lift or push shot to the sidelines mid court. And I go for the push shot. And it always hits the net because the shuttle is below the tape since I am late to the shuttle and my racquet is parallel to the net. So can you please show me how to take the shuttle i.e. racket angle, what grip to use, the shuttle height, footwork, position of the non-racquet leg. Also if I lift since am so deep in the forecourt I have a hard time to reach back to my base and defend the smash...so can you please show how to get back to base? Scenario 2: How to direct the shuttlecock to midcourt (sidelines), lift it to sidelines if the opponent smash/drop in between the two players. I am having a hard time to get the angle and end up directing the shuttlecock in the middle back line! Scenario 3: I did my serve and the opponent returns it with a net shot should I return with a net shot/mid-court push/lift? where should stand on the court to be able to return? Thank you, Joyson

Can be use only if service is bit high. If service is tight then you should do push. Lee

I am very sorry that I am not able to help on this. Simply, I do not know your ability and level of your power. It may wrong for me to say which racket you should use. The best way is you to try few rackets and choose the one you feel the best. Lee
