+Netness J'espère bien 💪 J'ai fais du Bad pendant 5 ans et j'allais en régional sur quelques tournois mais sans vraiment faire des résultats. J'ai du arrêter pour mes études en prépa HEC! En tout cas j'espère que tu t'éclate bien 😉

My friend sent me this video since I was feeling down because I didint get selected for a competition of badminton! This video has motivated me A LOT! I REALLY NEEDED THIS! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now I am going to make my targets and work for it! This video teached me NEVER TO GIVE UP! And to walk towards my goal! Failure is the biggest part of success! Thank you so much! Damnn,this video,its really good,i started by 40,which,my body was not straight,i was weak,my most for NO breaks is just 10,after 40,i was super sweaty,past 2 more days,i maintain 30 ,today,i did 20 easily,and my normal target is 40 now

here...crying and Sharing my story to you guys.. because I'm out of my team to play badminton (I am single B) because of just one mistake I lost in a tune up game.....1 week before the big tournament ......they saying that I need more training ....and I agree about that cause I feel not enough.....but its still hurt my feelings though 😭🤣😭🤣😭😭😭😭😭 now I need to train really hard and avenge myself and wait many years to play again 👽👽👽👽👽👽👽👽😭😭

Badminton is easy. (Not really, just compared to my sport.) Trust me I do one of the hardest sports in the world, Motocross. You may think it’s easy but it takes at least 15 years to become the best. We crash hard, train hard, work hard, push hard.
