I am a regular mid-tier club player and I owe so much to Gill Clark and her co-commentators. Their analytical and tactical comments on the matches and rallies gave me ideas on how to improve my own playing style and strategies. Also, as a non-native English speaker, listening to Gill Clark also improved my English skills in accurately describing the whole world of badminton. Thank you very much Gill!

It's amazing the time and effort she puts in (after her regular commentary work) just to keep all the stats up to date across all 5 disciplines and then articulates them into byte sized gems of information during matches for the viewers. Her commentary is exemplary and having a professional player background is most definitely a strong asset.

Everytime before a match started, Players - checked. Racquets - checked. Shuttles - checked. Line judges and umpire - checked But where’s Gill Clark? This sucks. The match is gonna be just half interesting.
