BYJ is actually very nice here. She's known as a strict dance teacher in Korea. But that's understandable because she knows that these kids didn't had the same rigid training that Korean trainees have went through. Her mentor experience in Produce 48 that made her aware of cultural differences in the idol industry of Korea and Japan made her the perfect dance teacher for this program. I knew BYJ for a while. She choreographed most of the iconic dances in 2nd generation Kpop.
