How To Make the Fallout Shader in Blender

It's really easy to do and very quick to render! This will work in almost all versions of Blender but I am using 4.1.1 in this video

6:08 hello, why would it not be able to set it on camera mapping, so its vertical no matter what, and follows your camera? thanks alot.

because its obvious, while rotating, that all of the lines are moving, for example look at the wings.

You could, but I wanted it to be perfectly horizontal for the model and not for the camera. so now you can rotate your camera any way you want and it will stay the same on the model

@klenha hmm I couldn't find any video reference and thought of it as a hologram of sorts, both are fine!
