The slave castle was a very emotional visit for me too. Visited when I was 8years or so. It really Hurts my heart that people had to go through so much pain. Especially the story of how they passed them through those tiny holes and the story of how the white masters slept with the female slaves. I cried when I visited the castle. The door of no return just shattered my entire heart 🥺🥺

Just been watching some of the other videos. What this couple teaches in a natural way, is the power of balance and harmony. The husband is an enabler. He gives his wife the freedom to be her authentic self and she does the same for him. She is a Boss Woman! and he respects her strength! He is not intimidated by her confidence and her opinions. This is what you call a True man! If more men could be like this more relationships would work out. It is important to know thy self. This couple are powerful beyond measure and is beautiful to hear a woman talk, be herself and lead whilst her man is leading beside her!

jollof tastes like Hyderabadi biryani, ghee rice is "angwamo" aka braised rice, omelettes are same unless you want it spicy then you add chili, sweet bonda tastes like bofrot aka puff puff, banana chips are called plantain chips, lassi tastes Brukina lol trust me you won't struggle eating some of the foods
