Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos announces his first squad for Uganda friendly

Newly appointed Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced his first squad as the coach of our national team.
Broos has already announced his two assistants, with one of them being current under 20 coach and Pirates legend Helman "Midnight Express" Mkhalele.
This squad will take on Uganda in a friendly match on the 10th of June at Orlando Stadium.

Club competition are long and tiring as compared to national competition... Am not comparing him with Pogba but in 2018 he didn't do well for his club, but come the world cup he played like his life was on the line for his country to win. What am saying sometimes the clubs can shadow their great talents and the players be the ones who get the stick because of poor management. As long he gets game time he will be fine fir the national team for me....

It shows that he watches the psl and pays attention to every game. Some will agree with me in terms of the list of players. I love the selection of the Goal-keeping Department. I love the selection of the defence. Sundowns defence will take us far.

This should be the core of our team going forward, granted they might not hit the ground running but it would be better to for once build something and actually stick to the plan. Not panic and call up the old and tired. Sure you need experience but it has to be players that are performing at a high level like Themba Zwane not because of a status of he player. Looking forward to this new chapter.

I am a Pirates fan but Maela for what? He gives us nothing going forward when he plays as a left-back and gives nothing when defending his goal (He can't Anticipate). If we nat a left-back, why not Maako? If we need a Center-back, then why not Ncgobo from Swallows? They are both certainly better than Maela, of course, Maako is a worry when it comes to Arial situations but we can just get someone cause they will assist in heading the ball. The game is called Football cause it is mainly played with feet.
