if you really do the extras out of love, that’s on you to manage how you feel when folks don’t reciprocate it. gotta know your worth but i do believe a person who really out here in service, supporting they ppl frfr, ain’t worried about reciprocation or getting something in return. if you expect something in return, that’s a contract and you gotta write up what you want in exchange for your labor/service when you put your best out, you do get more favorable results, a contract can protect your work

This is the corporate equivalent of getting 90% negative glassdoor reviews and then advertising those reviews. Not a good look for Math. He's destroying human capital and good faith.

They aren't popular enough. I know them from Math Hoffas podcast. They probably have industry relationships and do business but they are big enough names for ppl to just follow until they prove themselves
