Another fantastically-produced doco from Mr Hanrahan and Team PF. My heart aches for the Iraqi people who've known nothing but warfare, bloodshed, instability and tyranny for the past 40 years. It's not fair and they deserve better.

I 'm writing this comment with my eyes full of tears, I was born in 1999 and raised in Iraq. I had no such a good childhood, I've been living inside a country of wars, murders, terrorism, no basic life utilities and has no rights. and when I wanted to demand my basic rights in this country they attacked us with deadly tear guns. This revolution is teaching us the meaning of freedom, being united after the politicians separated us, make us stronger and so many things. and still, we have hope for the future we will take our rights. RIP Iraqi Heros

I hope you are doing better good sir! How is the situation in Iraq currently I am an American born in 2000 and it breaks my heart seeing what American politicians did to your country god speed sir
@mo3x
@mo3x 4 жыл бұрын
@@hdjono3351 Thank you sir, I appreciate your understanding. Yes actually the American politicians back then they did something worse than killing innocent Iraqi people, they gave us a fake democracy with the worst rulers you can imagine, the US brought to us a gang of murders and thieves in 2003 which we are now trying to kick them out. God bless you mate.

Absolutely well done. Visceral and eye opening. The world needs to see this, especially the interviews with the Dr. and the protestors. Choice music as always. Thanks for the hard and courageous work. Always looking forward to the next piece.

Doctor Ali seemed super calm considering the circumstances he has to work in. Hardly lost a word about the struggles of doing this kind of work with barely any equipment and went on to lay out the facts in a resolute and articulate manner. Hoping he manages to get through this and goes into politics, they need people like him rather than sectarian dividers who sustain themselves on everlasting conflict.

Of all the protests from 2019 by far the deadliest, dirtiest, horrifying and bravest maybe we in Chile managed to make a neoliberal goberment rewrite the constitution of pinochet, maybe people in France stood up against neoliberalism and facism as a society and fought against the curse of time onece again, maybe in Ecuador the finally defeated the shock doctrine giving us hope to all, maybe in China they developed extremely efficient and complex way to confront the worst kind of surveilance state but no one got up to 1500 deads, got shot with live rounds over and over again, died and sufered as much and not only protesting but as well refused to carry weapons even if they had them easily avialable. I trully admire the iraquis for their fight against imperialism, neoliberalism, war and facism and now for their struggle for the democracy the US promised 17 years ago
