Fr, Cellbit not remembering anything even when meeting Bagi and knowing she has a brother kinda give it off. But again, federation is good at messing with people's memories, and all the clues about her brother makes a almost certain cellbit, like Ciphers, Chess, wanting a pet WORM(this is so fudging specific) and having him missing in her childhood matching with Cellbits "lore" that he got sent to war at a young age.

Acho que o gato sempre foi mais uma "chave" para as memórias da família da Bagi, então, se no caso o Cellbit for mesmo o irmão dela, coisa que acredito também ser verdade, significa que foi sempre uma ponte para o passado deles. _É uma teoria muito forte e a relação de irmandade que eles têm na vida real só contribui com isso._ Enfim, continuando... Porém, como o Cellbo fugiu, ele provavelmente não gostava dali e gostaria de esquecer por alguma motivação, enquanto a sua irmã sempre quis reecontrá-lo, nem que para isso tivesse que passar por coisas que a fizesse perder sua memória, pois tinha todo uma tipo de "backup" guardado por lugares como o do vídeo (e olha que no momento em que escrevo isto, nem assisti ainda, só vi os primeiros frames).

I feel like Bagi is the main character and Cellbit is one of the main characters but not THE main character, you know? To use an example, take the movie Batman: Under the Red Hood. The main character is obviously Batman, but Red Hood is also a main character, just not THE main character. Plus there are some scenes you see his perspective but it's mostly told from Batman's perspective, just like how the lore in the last 2 weeks of October was mostly told from Bagi's perspective and only parts of it were from Cellbit’s perspective.

However, it is also established that people who are in the same family aren't necessarily the same type of hybrid as each other, and there can be a human related to a hybrid as well. For now, he is generally referred to as a human, but that is subject to change if he decides to canonize being a cat hybrid.
