The Baguio City flower festival grand street dance parade brings together different groups from the city as they participate in the drum and lyre and festival dance competitions. Groups parade along the iconic streets of the City of Pines on Saturday, February 24.

May mga nahilo sa street dance. Ang simpleng dahilan ay very simple -- marami sa mga bata ay hindi pa nag-agahan at walang baong snacks kasi bawal. Marami rin sa kanila ang ihing-ihi, nauuhaw, masakit ang mga paa, at nababasá sa ulan.

I witness this kanina...so far ok lg naman. But not at par with other festivals like Dinagyang of Iloilo in terms of performance, artistry, costume, showmanship...sobrang layu pa. Needs more improvemnt pa tlaga ng mga participating groups sa panagbemga

LET US SEE THE FLOAT PARADE :) Feb 25 Sunday 8AM ---which is the main event and reason for the annual festival in Baguio City actually, this dance contest -parade is just an extra event... (By the way, Baguio is very much a small city compared to Ilo-Ilo, also, smaller economy and budgets, smaller population and fewer sponsorships, etcs, just to estimate on the situation and scales fairly and happily). Thank you!

Dinagyang of Ilo-ilo has its own identity and so as these participants with their own. They came from diff provinces thus their performance ay naka base sa cultures, identity, and the products&trademarks sa provinces nila. So, it’s unnecessary to compare them to other festivals kasi may kanya kanyang pinagmulan. Tho, I also hope they may improve their performances next time
