Ingredients for curry leaves chutney :-
1 big bowl Curry leaves (washed & dried),
1/2 cup Sesame seeds,
1/2 cup Peanuts,
1/2 cup Dry Coconut (grated),
2 tsp Red chili powder,
10-12 Garlic cloves,
Salt as per taste,
1 tbsp Sugar,
1 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera),
2 tbsp Oil.
Curry leaves contains Carbohydrates, Fiber, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin B and Vitamin E which are extremely important for your health.
Curry leaves are rich in iron, vitamins C and A, as well as iodine. So it can be a rejuvenator for dry and falling hair. Many people have hair complaints. Hair loss, dandruff and white hair, dry hair are the most common hair problems. Curry leaves is very effective in all these.
This chutney is good for skin, teeth, hair, knee pain, digestive system, diabetes, pregnant Women. These and many other benefits come from this curry leaves, so if you make this curry leaves chutney, it can be easily included in your daily diet.
