Last election Turnout =1,27,350 Kargil two candidates A(IND) =31,984 B(IND) =29,365 Aggregate will be 60000+ Leh Two candidates X(BJP) =42,914 Y(INC) =21,241 Here also aggregate is 60000+ But this time Kargil votes are not divided Leh votes will be divided into 2 This time Kargil only 1 candidate and Leh 2 candidates, with Kargil congress unit rebeling with high command which will be a setback for Congress official candidate. BJP don't seems to be in the game due to imcumbancy issue regarding the safeguard, only thing BJP can do is divide the Leh votes giving a big margin win to Kargil independent candidate. Whatever unity we speak of ultimately we will vote based on religion, ethnicity only. So road is clear for Independent candidate Mr. Hanifa Jan this time BJP and Congress are like USA participating in T20 world Cup 🤣
