Sir, I'm a second-year student (3year LLB) college didn't provide an internship so I directly visited the nearest court and asked for an internship from a lady advocate and she agreed, now days I'm learning the skills she has, and your videos on practising adding cherry on the cake

Your guide for young lawyers is superb... infact Banks also required good professional lawyer/advocate. Now a days challenges are more in the field of Baking field for lawyer. The distinguished work which is aligned on the shoulder of lawer is as follows:- * Legal openion for the property which is to be mortgaged. * civil suit filing in the matter of Default of repayment. may be in Civil court or DRT. (depends upon the quantum of loan default). * follow -up of the cases in court up to Decree or till EP. * lok adalats. * any other legal matters of the Bank which is pertaining to court or Police. * drafting of legal notice for the repayment of due amount. These all are paid services.once you have good relationship with Branch head you eill get empanelled easily. There is circular in Bank for the payment of services which is good , but lawyers are earning much beyond. I am working as a Sr. Manager in canara Bank.

Very true sir, jab aap as an advocate bank me jate hain, staff aur manager se interact karte hain reg. Any case or otherwise also, they give great respect and honour cause they know An Advocate is a very intelligent and sharp minded person and they kind off feel submissive to the advocate and try to get contact details and stay In touch even after you leave. Great initiative for young advocates sir. Thanks a lot for bringing such videos.

Sir, after watching your video,I learn some New think.some person are thinking in life court not to go,but after every where failure people are hope judiciary, same here after failure of other carriers 90%student are comeing for LL.B, Any how judiciary is one of the pillars of country. Advocate are part of legal system and the relationship between bar and bench is very important for getting justice. Thank you sir.

Highcourt me pichle 1 saal se practice kr rha hu kuch positive hoga is hope se per log new advocate per bharosa nhi krte chahe vo kitne hi sahi ho... per HC me sikhne ko bhot kuch milta senior vakilo se... aur ye bhi ki ham kitne lawyers se bhot bhot better he chahhe unke pass kitna bhii work ho. aur vo andar ka actor vali baat sahi he sirrr ek se badh k ek actor he HC me roj dekh ta hu me bhi actor hu aise lagta he😅.#staypositiveboys #mardkodardnhihota #bombayhc

Garg jee , as an empanelled lawyer is not supposed to work full timer .He is free to work elsewhere. I am working as a Sr. manager Canara Bank.
