നെറികെട്ട ബിസിനസ് ആണ് ബൈജു ന്റേത്.! ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ചതാണ്..രണ്ട് മാസം ആണ് ഉറക്കം പോയത്. പാവപ്പെട്ടവനെ പോലും പറ്റിക്കാൻ ഒരു മടിയുമില്ല. Costomer care നമ്പറിൽ ബൈജു തന്നെ ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു..! ഒരു സ്റ്റാഫ് ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ, ഭീഷണിയും .. എടൊ.. പോടോ..വിളിയും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല..! Payment നടക്കുന്നത് വരെ വിളിച്ചാൽ കിട്ടും. പിന്നെ gopi!! Avanse എന്ന അവരുടെ തന്നെ ബ്ലേഡ് കമ്പനിക്ക് കേരളത്തിൽ ഒരു office പോലും ഇല്ല.ബൈജുസിൽ പെട്ട് അനുഭവിച്ചവരെ കുറിച്ച് ആർക്കും അറിയില്ല. ഇരയായ ചിലരെങ്കിലും ഇതിൽ കമന്റ്‌ ഇടുന്നുണ്ട് 🙏🏻

Congrats to Byju's for FIFA World Cup sponsorship. Their product is very good. But as you said about their marketing, it is very agressive and many times leads to cheating level (experience from several persons whom I know). From recent events, we can say that they would be changing to a healthy approach.

Very well said👍 my son learned maths and coding through Byjus. They provides amazing learning classes. But their aggressive marketing pissed me off. They really were behind me to enroll him for music classes. Finally I had to raise my voice. But now I feel they are bit less aggressive. I should say the fact that they are good at their classes and my son got individual attention from the teachers. I am sad to hear that few of them lost their jobs.

The fact is their valuation didnt reflected their revenues. They were in search of more revenues. May be their quest for more revenues led to this aggresiveness.

3 വർഷത്തേക്ക് around 40000 കൊടുത്താണ് 2021യിൽ മോനു വേണ്ടി Byjus എടുത്തതു.(for 8 to 10).ഈ വർഷം study materials കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്നൊരു കുഴപ്പം മാത്രമേ സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളു, ഇപ്പോഴും concepts നന്നായി മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ use ചെയ്യുന്നത് അന്ന് parchase ചെയ്‌ത Byjus ആപ്പ് ആണ്. 3 വർഷം 3 subjects, offline ട്യൂഷനിൽ വീട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഇതിലും കൂടുതൽ amount ആകുമായിരുന്നു

അവസാനം പറഞ്ഞ employees നേ കുറിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞത് വളരെ വലിയ സത്യമാണ്. കാരണം ഞാൻ ഒരു +1 student ആണ് ഞാൻ Byjus aakash scholarship exam attend ചെയ്തു. അതിനുശേഷമാണ് Byjus nte തളർച്ച മനസ്സിലാക്കിയത് , എന്തോ ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് admission എടുതിട്ടുണ്ടയിരുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷേ അവരുടെ staff ഇടയ്ക്ക് ഇടയ്ക്ക് വിളിച്ചു ചേരാൻ നിർദേശിക്കുന്നു. അത് വളരെ ശല്യമായി മാറുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചേരുന്നില്ല എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ടാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല ഇപ്പൊൾ വിളി ഇല്ലെന്ന് പറയാം but mail ഉണ്ട് 14:47 ഈ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞത് ശേരിയനെന്ന് ഉള്ളതിന് ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ ഒരു തെളിവകുന്നു 😅😅
