Malayalathil pala doctormarudeum health related videos kanditund.....but ithrem fruitful aytulla oru content ith adhyamayanu..i do follow fasting and can go upto 48 hrs and no problemss . Also one proper meal is enough for a whole day..So eat less...do fast..workout and give a proper recovery time..above all..say goodbye to sugar and refined bread items!

നല്ല പോലെ ആവിഷ്യത്തിന് ഉള്ള ഉറക്കം മനസിന് സന്തോഷം സമാദാനം ഉണ്ടങ്കിൽ പ്രായം തോന്നികാറില്ല . 50 വയസ് ആയാൽ തോന്നും. 33 വയസ് ആണ് എന്ന്. എനെ പോലെ ഉറക്കും ഡിപ്രഷനും ഗുളിക ട്ടെൻഷൻ ഉള്ളവർ ആണെങ്കിൽ 33 വയസ് ആയാലും 99 വയസ് തോന്നിക്കും 🤲😭 allah
