Fatty liver, also known as hepatic steatosis, is a condition characterized by the accumulation of excess fat in the liver cells. This build-up of fat can lead to liver enlargement and impaired liver function. Fatty liver can be broadly categorized into two types: alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) caused by excessive alcohol consumption, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) not associated with alcohol use, often linked to factors like obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome. If left untreated, fatty liver can progress to more severe conditions like non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and, in some cases, even lead to liver cirrhosis or liver failure.
Causes of Fatty Liver:
Alcohol Consumption: Excessive and chronic alcohol intake can directly cause alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Obesity: Being overweight or obese is a significant risk factor for developing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Insulin Resistance: When the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, it can lead to fat accumulation in the liver.
Sedentary Lifestyle: Lack of physical activity can contribute to fatty liver development.
Unhealthy Diet: Consuming a diet high in saturated fats, refined sugars, and processed foods can contribute to the condition.
Genetics: Some individuals may be genetically predisposed to developing fatty liver.
Prevention of Fatty Liver:
Limit Alcohol Consumption: For those susceptible to fatty liver, it's essential to limit or avoid alcohol altogether.
Maintain a Healthy Weight: Strive to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise.
Adopt a Balanced Diet: Emphasize a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats while limiting sugary and processed foods.

Well explained, it will help many all problems can solve doing the following, take a bag with 30 to 40kgs of sand or any other material and carry on your back and walk ten minutes between two minutes Interwell, do mayrasana yoga 4 times.
