23rd of July 2014. Nottingham, England.
Over 300 people stood shoulder to shoulder and made a stand against corrupt Banksters and their Bully Bailiff parasites.
The Banksters are trying to take a family home after they paid for it. Fraud, Banks, Courts, and Bailiffs, they are all corrupt and will resort to any means to steal peoples' property.
TOM CRAWFORD has been a law abiding, mortgage paying, thoroughly decent British gentleman all his life. He has paid his taxes and owes not a penny on mortgage but yet still, due to fraudulent and scurrilous action by Bradford and Bingley Building Society he, and his family, were set to be evicted on the 23rd July 2014 at 9am by one of the most notoriously heavy handed and heartless bailiffs from the Nottingham area, David Caress. As you will see in this video - People Power put paid to his bullying ways and his true cowardly nature was exposed when the meat head failed to show his less than handsome face...
The kind of fraudulent repossession of people’s homes by the banks is happening more and more frequently and this kind of corporate banking steamrollering must be sent a clear message from the people... That message must be NO!
We stood with Tom and his family on the 23rd July 2014 because it may be us or people we know next that pleads for people to stand with us or them.
Spread this video...show people just what can be achieved when we stand together!!

John Smith As far as I can see the whole point of this video is that proper procedure has to be followed before banks can evict people and repossess their homes, not that they cannot or should not do it. The accusation is they have been using fraudulent documentation to do so, i.e, they are taking homes illegally without following due process. They are not saying it is altogether illegal to repossess homes. What they are saying is homes are being repossessed illegally. I'm not a legal expert but that seems to me to be the point of all this.

i had a bailiff coming in my home while me and my family were in bed they had got my keys out of the door and let themselves in while we were all in bed and he wanted £800 of us there and then or he was going to take my things out of my house, now we don't have much because me and my husband are on the sick because of mental illness so we don't have much and it was near Christmas last year, so we had to give him £400 that day in order for him to go away, we had to lend money and use all the money we had which left my children without money for a whole week so i had to go and get a hand out at the local church, but the point is that it was for a council tax debt that i wasn't suppose to have and i am still paying it off now but my children were terrified of sleeping for months and i have been scared of someone else trying to get into my home. its pathetic that they are aloud to behave like this, they don't have to struggle with things like how am i going to feed my children or heat my house, the bailiff didn't care that he was scaring my children all he cared about was the money he didn't care about what effect him braking into my house would have on my whole family

luckily they didn't get my household items or the kids Christmas presents but we had to give him £400 or he was going to come back and start taking things away, What hurt the most though is that we had to starve myself and my husband so my children could eat because the bailiff had taken the money which was there to feed my children

I've been looking at a few of these videos but the "togetherness" shown by the public in this one just shows the strength of bad feelings we have for a multi million pound business by many well known private company's exploiting people and deceiving them causing misery and sometimes with they resort to suicide, all because of their actions of "the must have baldy skinheads" pricks who use intimidation and bullying to an extent the consequences can be fatal, WELL DONE TO YOU ALL WHO STOOD UP FOR THIS FAMILY AND THE BASTARDS WHO EXPOSED THEMSELVES AS COWARD'S.

I am from Australia and was in England on a family court matter in the County and High Court at the time of this event - 2014. My legal advisor told me he was going to this event and invited me along. We both drove to Nottingham from London. I remember it was in a cul de sac or court, I did a head count pretty thoroughly, approx 360 people from all over UK turned up. Bailiff's had a two hours window of opportunity to gain control of the house, they gave up. Cops drove past in a high roof long wheel base van but did not stop. My legal advisor told me it was the riot police, but they must have decided they were grossly out numbered. The crowd was peaceful, and stayed long enough to prevent the bailiffs from evicting the chap and his family. 7.12 minutes in (during the interview at the entrance of the court), I am the guy near the retaining wall behind the interviewing guys in the yellow hi vis vest! on my left is my legal advocate at the time, Brad Knight. If you have Brad on your side in a legal battle, it is like your case is turbo charged! He is brilliant! He told me that with all CPS cases, he always looks for their mistakes, and always finds mistakes! After the bailiffs departed, a lot of us from the crowd, 'adjourned' to a local pub. I met a man from Mansfield who told me - 'Im from Mansfield born and bred, strong of arm, and thick of head!' I thought it was very funny! I filmed him saying this.

@@simonhurst0707 You said it yourself. He has paid the interest, yet still owes the original loan. It only takes 5 minutes of intelligent thought to understand a mortgage, yet this moron could not be bothered. He would have needed to set up an endowment policy to pay the lump sum at the end of the term. Man buys a house for £5000. Over the next 25 years he pays the interest off on the loan. At the end of the 25 years, his house is worth £500,000. He still owes, guess what? £5,000. All he has to do is get a loan for £5K and he keeps his house. This idiot decides to bury his head in the sand, refuses to pay the tiny amount of money, gets more idiots to visit his home, stopping the bailiffs. End result: EVICTED!

in the usa. there are only 2 forms of action, which cal legitimize the sherff evicting a person. "unlawful detainer" is the short/military/summary version, & "ejectment" is the due-process common-law version. a person in possession can obstruct both of these by filing their own quiet-title complaint. "poseeseein is 9/10ths oif the law". this common-law maximn still remains true in modern times.

So again I ask if there is anyway I can help with future demonstrations let me know. I don’t know what else I can offer apart from being another bod on the front line. Firstly, BRILLIANT start to this sort of direct action, wish it was closer to me, would of loved to throw an extra body in there. Secondly to any person out there PLEASE KNOW the bailiffs CANNOT come to your door once you have informed any court, public or private ? if you declare your vulnerability and any harassment would cause further distress to you or your family. this will stop them dead in their tracks this is the official crown law protecting you (common law) I KNOW BECAUSE IV'E DONE IT :), if they then demand by letter you go (SORRY, INVITE) you to court (magistrates) to answer to their bullying of you, you should follow the common law stance, seek support and not bow to any pressures as your support is your witness, no official judge (common law CROWN judge) will have ever signed any agreement/contract of removal if it is a banks issue with you, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CORPORATE LAW, only an agreement you agree to ?? if anything ever happened to me like what people are going through, me personally i would decline the corporate courts invite, apply for the case to be heard in a crown court then common law comes into play, they would have to take note the bailiffs documents are fraudulent and the police if they get involved were acting under disguise as an officer under common law oath and acted as a corporate pay role employee and should not of been wearing the uniform of the crown to scare you. this is the police person being corrupt. CROWN JUDGES DISLIKE BEING IMITATED OR USED IN VEIN, THEY DEFINATELY DON'T LIKE THEIR COMMON LAW SWORN OATH BEING ABUSED OR THEIR GIVEN POWERS BEING OVER RULED BY A CORPORATE ENTITY. it's more than time has past this sort of peaceful direct action is now being taken, lets not let Hitler slowly gather pace and destroy nations? , count me in. I'M BRIAN AND SO IS MY WIFE ?

Its a failure to take into account perspectives that don't correlate to ones own life experience thus far. We're humans and so are you.Open your heart and scope a bit, no one asked you to become Jesus Christ!.A roof over your head is a need not a want and nor is it a luxury Kevin.

+shaunewilliam Thanks, I needed a good laugh today. People "need" all sorts of things. Food, clothing, heat, shelter. All of it costs money. A great deal of money since there are so many of us. Who is going to pay for it all? Because I think you'll find "the people" won't be so supportive when they're asked to pay for everybody else's needs". Unless you force them I suppose. After all, socialism met people's needs so well in Albania, Algeria, Angola, Benin, Bulgaria, the Congo, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Ethopia, Hungary, North Korea, Mongolia, Mozambique, Poland, Romania, Somlia, Syria, the Soviet Union, South Yemen, Venezuela, Yugoslavia and Zimbabwe. Yeah, that mentality really got results didn't it?

i noticed a guy said the bankers have to go to a different country he fails to realise that almost every country in the world is owned by the same elite group of super wealthy bankers.another thing we use digital currency and fiat currency not money and the difference between the two is that money has an intrinsic value and fiat currency is down to trust.I would advise people to learn this topic of money vs currency it might enlighten you all a little.

This is really disgusting. What happened to England???. I was born & Raised in the Colchester area. It was a grand life in the 50's & 60's. Lots of organic foods in the gardens; lots of grand neighbours & Beautiful countryside to take the dogs walking & to hike in..

Here's the answer pay your debt instead of making it a public issue you have a responsibility and you are obligated to pay outstanding balances ,they have the right to send debt collectors to collect any outstanding if you don't pay the money back so you're technically stealing.

Can you explain why the eviction would have been illegal. Had you paid your mortgage. Normally if you have problems and contact the mortgage provider they are fair. If you had been paying for 25 years then why was your house being repossessed. I don't understand the situation.

not sure it was adjustable rate, but i read what you're typing, it was an Endowment Mortgage, thing is the wife stopped paying the insurance 20 years early that would pay the mortgage off at the end of the 25 year term

I have to say that Court action and evictions are usually only implemented when all other avenues to collect due and overdue monies have been employed. I loathe bailiffs as much as anyone else purely because they seem to enjoy their work just a little too much. There is something fundamentally wrong with anyone who WANTS to work to make the lives of others thoroughly miserable. Best to pay ones bills I guess but when l ife delivers shit and there is no fault on the part of the debt or then there should be some financial reserve to help them, such as when a holiday company goes bust, the cost for this would be included in repayments. NOT PPI but an alternative and acceptable fee.
