Great insight on how Jamie tackles each fishery, the tactics he uses, and how he thinks what the fish are doing and feeding and puts his theroy into fish well done and thanks for great vid. I would like to see him fish a canal/snake lake for ide or barble like Oak Tree Fishery without using the pole.

Great vid Jamie, never thought of fishing that over depth on the waggler, to buy time with the drag of the wind. as ever, thanks for sharing those insights. 👍👍👍

I've always wondered what is best fishing the bomb with 12 inch full-length on the bottom or waggler with 12 inches overdepth! Obviously you can get greater distance on the bomb but the pheory and practice is the same. What's your opinion where carp,Bream and Tench are concerned because Jamie didn't show this on the same line in the wind? Cheers!
@Sonubaits
@Sonubaits 2 жыл бұрын
On the day Jamie fished his bomb over the waggler line as the fish seemed to be up against the island. Bites came much quicker on a waggler as long as it sat in the correct place without getting dragged out of the peg by the wind or tow. The slow fall of the hookbait achieves near perfect presentation. When the wind did get up it just wasn't a viable option and the bomb became a much better choice as it could be fished accurately where the fish were. With the right conditions the waggler would have undoubtedly caught Jamie more fish on the day, but with the wind the bomb ended up better. I suppose in answer, it'll vary on the day, both have their place but if you can fish the waggler accurately and effectively, it is hard to beat!
@robertwren8878
@robertwren8878 2 жыл бұрын
Ok Richard I understand that but in perfect conditions would you say there is no difference fishing 12 inches on the deck even with a waggler as with a bomb as to bites and runs on comercials,The only reason I'm asking this is because with float anglers their is more of a tendency to fish just touching bottom or off bottom when carp,bream,tench, well all fish really,it's something that can be very confusing as to what do you choose float or bomb in good condition and the fact that fish do tend to hang off the feed? Thanks Richard.

Malc Randall, our flavoured feed go through a process with ourselves whereby flavour and colour is added. Batch to batch their could be variences. The pellet themselves are not cut at our factory. The difference between Bloodworm Fishmeal, and Krill pellets colour wise always has differed with Bloodworm Fishmeal a much deeper red in colour. If you feel like there was an issue with the product then by all means send an email using the website contact form and we'll look into it no problem.

Thanks for your reply. As I said I have no axe to grind with Sonubaits but there has clearly being a problem in the past whether you have being aware of it or not. Looking at the ways the batch codes are wrote I would assume these 2 types of pellet were cut at different locations. My microwave has gone ping so it's tea time. Cheers.
