My paddy and thijs have worked solid for a month it s so good to see them finished x x my best Christmas pressie has been having my paddy home x x x x I'm sad they 've finished as his mum I know he 'll be on the move again soon x x but getting to share and seeing his adventures has been great x x x love you paddy and thjs is such a lovely person all round x x x xc

This episode made me smile so much. I recently travelled around Mexico solo for 2 months and cant even describe how amazing the people, cities, beaches, food, culture and everything is! Most people, at least here in Australia, view Mexico as a dangerous, wild place and to see you guys enjoy it and feel the same way as i did is awesome. Love your work and Viva Mexico

2 years late but here it goes! We totally understand where you're coming from. Hitchhiking gives you a roller coaster of emotions. Sometimes it's super duper long, but the right ride will always come. It's always about trusting in humanity! When I road tripped in my Vanagon over a decade ago I stopped at the abandoned gas station and had the best huevos rancheros overlooking the boulders. I drove all the way back there from California just to have them again. Still the best I have ever had.

3:08-3:15 helpful tip- your back pack has tension straps in the top of your shoulder straps ( 8:00 from his ear) those little straps will help shift the weight of the bag closer to your body, helping your center of gravity & not feel like your hunched over. 👌🏽

I found you guys through the first series as Im off to South East Asia in November with a one way ticket, but Ive spent my entire day off watching you guys! Im English but Ive lived in the French Alps for many years, Ive never done any travelling other than that so was feeling a little nervous. I live in the states but was born in El Salvador and lived there till I was ten- I'm 54 It was a little different then nasty civil war, you know. I have really enjoyed your adventures. Start by traveling "normally" and you'll meet plenty of people in hostels that will inspire you to push your limits! That's how we started hitchhiking ;)

Thats the best advise ever. And i will add if you don, t do something at home, like hitchhiking or taking buses, don, t think it will be more fun in an other country. If you travel motorized at home, manage to do the same elsewhere. Those guys are a team and shows mostly headlights of a week with nice music. Just wait at home for 2 hours on a road for a car to stop to see if its that fun or try to get to a specific address by hitchhiking. Pretty sure you will walk more than expected in your dreamland. Travelling, how ever you do it, is far from being all fun.

its central america we are in this series which is only Guatemala - Belize - El Salvador - Nicaragua - Panama - Costa Rica - Honduras etc - we also went to Mexico and California at the start as a bonus! Maybe we can go South America in series 3? haha

Phone tip (I learned the hard way): For anybody crossing the border, phones won't work until you turn on roaming. Before you cross, check to see if your plan included Canada, USA, and Mexico, so roaming is free. Source: Currently 10,000 feet up in the mountains of Oaxaca, traveling Mexico.

I'm from San Diego and now live in Rosarito which is more chill than T J.. But I love the playas of TJ. And I like it here better than California as well. I'll always have a soft spot for my hometown of Vista but I never seem to want to go across. I live by the beach and want to just always be here.
