Bajaj has a winner in Avenger! Avenger is the best bike in its class, better than RE Thunderbird and intruder and UM Commando, but needs a body remake. Many parts of the bike are too old and outdated. For example, 1. Breaks on Avenger needs an upgrade, dual disk breaks with ABS 2. Cables and wires need to be re-routed so that all cables are neatly tucked in. 3. Instrument Cluster needs to be all digital, integrated with smart phones. 4. Flairings to cover the internal parts, so that the bike gets a neat body lines, and less places for dust/durt to accumulate. If Bajaj can do this and keep costs reasonable, they have a world beater!

Anytime legend is a legend Avenger rocked the show and still going strong low maintenance comfort and good value for money makes avenger the best cruiser motorcycle in market no doubt its avenger and only avenger nothing comes close

JAI DEEP From sideways, it's eye catching. But, if you see it towards the front or back where wheels are visible, it's very unpleasing. Specially, if you see it from the back, it looks like a bulky man with thinnest legs.

Bk Lkshy yes avengers design is classic cruiser design which is almost timeless and it's just modernized by the the blackened out parts and then there's the advantage of cubic capacity to money game in which Bajaj motorcycles is the undisputed maestro.

In my perspective, its not just aesthetics but the lack of practicality in Intruder's design. Where will i keep my saddle bags which will be burned thanks to the high placed silencers? Where will I keep my magnetic tank bag on that plastic tank of intruder? The only things attracting me towards it are Suzuki engine and ABS because I have a Bajaj Avenger 220 (6 yr old) and the build quality and the longevity of parts suck bigtime on Bajaj.

For my family touring purpose, I would buy either of them, whichever plonks in a 250 cc engine first. The wheels of the Intruder would look much better with more stems in it's alloy wheels like the Gixxer250. Similarly, the Avenger could use a circular version of the Dominar's display.

Which bike has plush suspension set up out of the two as per you? As that lady said in the review that Avenger has better suspension, but I rode Avenger quite a lot of times & I didn't find its suspension plush at all especially the rear one.

Bajaj should plonk in their Dominar 400 s engine onto the Avenger s platform.. that would give its cruiser tag a lot more credibility. Nice review. Cheers

Good clear review( both). Thumbs up...I am riding Suzuki intruder for past 8 months. + Great ride quality & Smooth engine.--Sometimes self starter doesn't work properly & after 100 km the bikes acceleration is slow...

I have been watching few other channels to help in making me decide which one I should buy, but could never gave a clear thought. Though I am not subscribing, but I like the way you portrayed the comparison, and would love to watch more of you. Just a suggestion (since i like it, else would not have given), you should include testimonials from real experiences also that will be a nitro booster. Keep on...ATB

Before watching review .... Avenger is best ....Sure .. As u said avenger is shakey when u reach more then 90 kmpl ... Is say no u r worng I do have 220 street an I travel a lot on it like 500 km within 2 3 months as trip..It's best for everything....

they did well, but the design. only few will like it not many.. for 150cc price of this bike is very very high, if it is 200cc or 180cc worth to buy with abs.. thats y people are going with avengers even there is no abs. i hope suzuki will learn and improve this model. personally i liked intruder..

I drove avenger 220 cruise from gurgaon to vrindavan, 140 km non stop and back, 2 people with luggage, minimum 210 kgs, engine was super buttery smooth till 75km speed above 80 km speed there were vibrations, but overall awesome bike for all India trip. For single riding, it's value for money

Has anyone tried to remove the plastic wrap and see how does intruder look like?? Can we put the windshield and where to keep the bags since this is a cruiser. But very smooth, very comfortable

DrT Chandrakant Satyavan Sir, Suzuki screwed the design, especially the exhaust. I don't know how people can fix a small 50L saddle bag because it will touch the exhaust.

intruder is better for touring. It's comfortable and its not a bit shakky like avenger . Intruder is definetly a eye catcher plus you can get a back rest if u want.

I am using 220 cruise avenger and it's true that vibration is too much everything get blurry in mirror after crossing 80km/hr, Bajaj engineers should do something for this

The price is similar to that of Avenger 220 cruise with ABS, I got mine for 123k on road . I assume the intruder would also cost similar on road

Bought Avenger 180 it's almost been a month drive upto 600 km done in city awesome power comforts at its best best in fuel efficiency look are legend. Can't ask for more for the amount paid. Full-on paisa wasool bike. The only thing good about intruder is its braking and abs which are highly regretted not being on avenger hope Bajaj looks into it very soon.

Avengers feels that it is designed in two parts like tractor. Its quite long and applying a little brake even on 20kmph, wheel slides.

In this video, there is nothing said for safety if accident is occured, in avenger there is leg gaurds and in intruder there is always a risk of getting knee damaged if the accident is occured.

Intruder rear tyre is broader than avenger, 140/60 is the broadest tyre in indian market Avenger uses 120/90

U feel as if u hav sat on an activa from the front wen u sit on the intruder...its a combination of a cruiser , a luna kinda of bike and a normal naked bike..
