It doesn't option for upper/ lower rods? Do both the rods function automatically?

Hii, my OTG rods are not turning red hot. Did you also face this issue? I have the same oven, and I purchased it recently.

No you must place exchange request. Otherwise call customer care as it is warranty.

@@herhappinesz4606 Mam, one more doubt. Abhi I switched the OTG to maximum temperature 250 deg C. In this case, after 5 min the rod turned red. But as soon as I reduced the temperature to 200, the redness vanished. What do you suggest is the way forward? Is this correct ?

Why are u tensed about the colour of the rods on certain temperatures… as long as they’re doing the work u should b happy.
