It's tappet sound . No part is needed here . Just adjust your valve Clearnce ,your issue will be resolved.

Sounds can be from valve tappet or else from loose fit piston in engine block which can have more chances, because new bikes are suffering quality issues.

This is head relataed issue. Related to roccker arms valves and camshaft. I am 100% sure.

Mere paas bhi new model pulsar 220f h , aisa koi problem nhi h , Mujhe lagta h ki fault product bike de diya h Service walo ne matlab Bajaj showroom ne , isliye jab bhi bike le , jaha 10 se 50 Quantity me bike ho wahi pe lo, usme se apne man se 1 chala ke phir select karo

i had NS200 before too much asking fr maintaince, vibrations ,oil leaking frequently & bad quality parts only paint jobs color are reliable after selling my NS200. I buy R15 v2 in 2018 i m really very happy with Yamaha reliable engine but parts are little bit expensive. so choose always YAMAHA the quality of engine reliable and its really fast enough to makes u happy ❤.

I think showroom offered a lot of test rides on this piece. Whenever people take test ride they tend to pull and rev the bike to maximum potential. When ut happens on a new engine, the engine sets itself that. This sounds looks like a 4-5 year old 220F. Bajaj will not agree to this even when they have identified the issue. They will always set tappets which will sound okay for few 100 kms. That's why having test unit is very important. I see a lot of youtubers revving brand new bike like crazy and then that bike will be sold to innocent customer.

@@prashantsirsat3358 But yes test ride waali bikes bohot kutte ke tarah chalayi jaati hai new bikes ko 40 to 60 kmph ke speed or low RPM par chalana chahiye engine ko zyada Rev ya Over rev nhi karna chahiye low gear par at least 1000 km tak

Actually , the bike has one way issue. I have threevariants of bajaj pulsar 125, 180 and 220. after travelling 220f bs6 18000 kms my bike too was producing thak thak sound even more worse than it this is the only problem of one way issue. there is nothing to worry about in it. as quicly I replaced new one way my bike is in good condition.

Pulsar problem are chain sprocket noise, engine heating, engine oil leakage , unreliable engine, back side fibre parts starts vibrating 🤔😒😏🙄

I have white colour 220F, Dec 2021 model. I was told to put new sensor bcoz bike was shutting down by itself. For ther new sensor plus labour I was charged 1200/- Now I want to know if this charge is legitimate ...... Please advice

mene bhi ye dikkat face kri hai.... then mene gixxer sf 250 leli 220 ko nikaal ke..... bohot sahi bike hai.... thodi dikkat inke spares milne me hoti hai..... but over-all bike bohot achhi hai....

Maximum bajaj service center has unpar ungabar technician. Very few service center has technically sound technician.

19:30 same happened with my Pulsar 220 BS6 within 500kms. Silencer shield bolts got loosened and threads gone and now to fit the shield back re-threading has to be done. Pathetic. Fairing vibration is present. Rest everything is fine. No issues as such. Engine is smooth. Average is good and not expected from a 220Cc. 👍🏻 Only thing is engine heatsup still after crossing 4K kms. Main problem is with Bajaj engine oil.

This is reality.... i am from satara maharashtra, Actually, the technician of bajaj service center is not well qualified... this is my personal experience.... i have pulsar 220.... suffering same experience... now a days the reality is no one single skilled person available in babaj service center who find the actual problem of bike... it is so irritating for me... now i am tired... and service my bike in local garage..... Once upon a time bajaj is like a family members of us... because we purchase bajaj bikes from Bajaj Chetak Scooter in 1999, then Bajaj Boxer At in 2000, and then pulsar 220 in 2014.... so i realize clearly the changes of quality and their worst servicing experience.....

Bhai mai bhi lene ka soch raha tha ab nahi lunga TVS HI THIK HAI ITNA BHI BURA nahi hai Radeon 20 month 40000 km Drive good service &Enginge bs body me dikkat hai thoda or breakin me top speed 90-95 Regular Drive 550 km without rest

I m using Pulsar 220f I am purchase this bike in 2022 November 16 till now almost 21000 km completed but I didn't get any noise like that even top speed I am reach 139 I get mileage in 60 70 speed 40 to 35 i don't have any complaint i m happy my old bike RS 200

220 ek aisi bike hai jiska demand end nahi hogi but haa thodi rulati hai.....mere paas 2015 model hai shuru me acgi bhagti thi but abhi khatam ho gayi........inki scissor gear (balencer gear ) ka hi sound abhi bhi hai ....ye aur kisi cheez ka nahi hai......aur oil motul300v ya liquimoly dalo .....solve ho jayegi prblm

Mere paas pulsar 220f thee 2015 model maine usse Vizer baar baar awaj karta tha irritating hamesha kutch na kutch loose ho jata tha.. Issi liye maine usse bech k pulsar 180 naked leli 2018 mai. Ek dam mast bike hai off roading tak kiya hoo na Visor ka issue hai na engine ka. Love for Pulsar ❤

This is not OBD Model it don't have E20 badging in its tank cap I have E20 model and it's running well till now
