I am a specialist Biomedical scientist, but I have a strong passion for exploring different cuisines and have already tried four of your recipes, which all turned out to be perfect. I wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills with the world. However, I would like to suggest incorporating English names for the ingredients in your recipes. For instance, in one of your recipes, I was unsure of what "Rai" was. It would be helpful for viewers like me who are not familiar with certain local ingredients. Once again, thank you for your excellent content, and keep up the good work!
