Matcha cookies made with Uji Tencha from Kyoto. Please come along to take a break during your time at home.
The materials and steps are as follows.

170g soft flour
30g whole wheat flour
30g almond powder
30g oatmeal
Matcha 20g
120g butter
40g powdered sugar
1 egg
6g soy milk
【procedure】
1. Add soft flour, whole wheat flour, almond powder, and matcha to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Put the butter in another bowl and knead it until it becomes creamy.
Add powdered sugar to 3.2 and mix.
4. Divide the eggs into 2 times and mix.
5. Add the egg mixture from step 4 to step 1 and mix.
6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with flour and roll out to a thickness of 7mm using a cotton swab.
8, Remove the mold and transfer to a baking sheet.
9. Preheat the oven to 160℃, and once preheating is complete, bake at 160℃ for 17 minutes.
10, Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
