Bake 'n Shrimp is my absolute favorite sandwich! Seems like it's the first & only Bake 'n Shrimp recipe video on the internet 🙂
Ingredients:
🍤Fried Shrimp:
Seasoning
3.5 lbs of peeled & deveined jumbo shrimp
2 tsps of creole seasoning
2 tsps of cajun seasoning
1/4 cup of mustard (I used stone-ground)
1 tsp of turmeric
2 eggs
Flour Mixture
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of turmeric
2 tsps of cajun seasoning
🥯Fried Bakes (Makes 9- 6 inch bakes)
3.5 cups of flour
1 tbsp (3 tsps) baking powder
1.5 tsps of salt
1.5 tsps of brown sugar
3 tbsps of butter
Pinch of yeast (1/4 tsp)
1 3/4 cups of water
3-4 cups of canola oil for frying
🌱Bandhania/Chadon Beni Chutney
10 cloves of garlic
10 bandhania/chadon beni leaves
1 pimento pepper
2 tsps of white vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
1/4 cup of water to blend
🌶Pepper Sauce
8 hot peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsps of water to blend
Lime juice *optional
