Decades ago, i asked my cousin for her spinach dip recipe & she never gave it to me. This looks so good. I think I finally have an artichoke dip that I can make for potluck or parties now. Thabk you. I would be adding 8 oz. of cream cheese and either mozzarella or monterey jack. I think it makes the consistency better. Love this dip with toasted baguette slices! (If you really like lemon, add lemon zest as well)

Another great video and great recipe. I've not seen an artichoke dip/spread recipe without spinach. I have nothing agains spinach but yours looks delicious. My mouth is watering. I'll probably have to make this tomorrow. I hear you often talk about being tempted by whatever you had just made. Now you are tempting me. LOL Yes, it is hard to cook in someone else's kitchen. How long have you been using this time share? Are kitchen items disappearing or were they never there? Maybe next time, or even during this visit, you might make a deposit of some good useful thrift store items. I have come to see you two as plan ahead people. You plan ahead on your food, I know. For this location maybe some kitchen items might need to be planned too, depending on what you plan to make. Hopefully if you do make a contribution they will be there still when you next visit. FYI In the comments from a previous video, sorry that I can't remember which one, a viewer mentioned having difficulty with the video continuing to buffer so it was unatchable. Your reply was that you hadn't heard of anyone having those problems. Yesterday I had those same problems on 3 videos. After moving on to other videos I returned and was able to get them to play. My conclusion it that the bufferring is caused by upcoming commercials. Ive had that occur on movies I was watching. It appears to be the same problem. Itssomething about particular commercials or how they are being injected into the videos. It's obviously not your doing. It's happening through KZfaq. Are they the ones that have increased the number of commercials on your channel? Do you have a choice? I know there is revenue for you from the commercials but if they and KZfaq adding them are messing up our viewing maybe they're not such a good thing. I have no idea how many viewers experience this. Just wanted you to know.

I have never understood people not sharing a recipe. I knew a professional caterer that always had a few copies of her recipes printed out if someone asked for it. I have one grandson that asks for this dip for every occasion.

Looks delish. I buy frozen artichoke hearts at Wholefoods and use them in a mushroom and onion sauté.

Between the mayo and cheese there should be enough salt. I try to limit my salt too. I have never eaten artichoke hearts. My sister moved and gave me a can. I will make a half batch. Hope I like it.

This probably sounds silly, but I had no idea you could artichokes without spinach. At least that's the way it is in restaurants...but it has been awhile since I've eaten out with an appetizer.😂

The only thing i would add to the top would be some mozzarella cheese.. 😋 yummy😊
