4 oz goat cheese
Put in oven safe dish and then,
Place on cookie sheet and load into CSO on wire rack - level 2
Convection Humid Mode 425 degrees for 21 minutes
*if using a regular oven, just place an oven safe bowl of water on the lower rack for added moisture while baking.
When done,
Add spoonful of basil pesto
Serve with bread rounds
And, this is a terrific topping for steaks, baked, grilled chicken, any type of tacos, etc.
