1.5 kg of pink potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
spices:
3 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary

🔪 Preparation
Wash the potatoes and dry them with paper towels, then cut them in half or quarters, depending on the size. You can keep the peel or peel it.
