I agree 95% 🤔 I believe some of the food is not part of a "proper" ancestral diet. I hope one day he will simplify the ingredients to just the basics. My suggestion includes cooking his finely crafted animal parts in the lamb tail fat (no Corn or vegetable oils) accompanied by creation using raw dairy, cheese, kefir, eggs (animal stuff) and substitute bone broth for the tea break. THAT is the proper human diet that our ancestors evolved on over millions of years. I love this channel even though most dishes are contributing to inflammation and weight gain in the obviously blessed chef. I'll keep praying for his health and wellness. Maybe the lord will bless him with the news that the western influence has fooled him to believe he needs all the dangerous anti-nutrients in each and every meal 🙏🙏🙏 Aloha from Hawaii🤙🌴

Oh my goodness! This is the most unique way of making bread I have ever seen! The little pot pies looked delicious! You are so talented, but that talent is expressed mostly by your patience. The patience you take in cutting up the meat, making your dough, picking the fruit from the tree, taking the time to feed Mickey…..it all entices us to keep watching. Every time I watch one of your videos, it transports me to another world, your world! And let me tell you something, your world is beautiful! I have always loved your interaction and acceptance of nature in your videos. You understand that it's not just your place in the world, but everything's place. From your interactions with Micky, to the little scene of the the wasp being allowed to take a porting of protein. Here in the West, most people would be battling a losing fight with the wasps. You accept them; what you have to offer is much more than they need or you will miss. Your understanding of nature and what it provides you; what you can and do give back; that's what keeps me coming back. That and the great cooking of course.

Thank you for all the delicious foods you provide.. My question: I see that you put large amounts of salt in food and dough.. If we put half this amount of salt in our food, no one will eat it :)
