For all you new boxers out there, CARDIO IS A WEAPON. Train your cardio base. Long slow runs like the old school fighters. They would go 15 rounds. And don't come at me with all the bullshit tabata, HIIT, or whatever other methods try to shortcut the process. You need to stand and move for the entire fight. Miguel has natural fighting ability. But any good boxer with some pedigree would but him down in an exchange. He leaves his head up high and wide open. The only reason he stays standing is he's got a good chin. But that won't last long at the rate he's taking punches. Brain damage is a thing. If you want longevity in this sport, your defense needs to be better than your offense. He should honestly get himself a good coach and consider this seriously. He would have to slim down a lot to be competitive though. Otherwise he'd get worked in a LHW division. Those guys are big.

From someone that’s boxed his whole life and sparred hundreds of rounds I know a boxer when i see one and I know Miguel has probably sparred alot in his life … the crazy thing to me is how he knows he’s reallly good as many of us who boxed for years do.. and he’s getting his shot to showcase it on this platform and channel… I know how good it may feel good stuff bro I hope you take it serious and work on what you have to work on and keep pushing maybe KZfaq isn’t the only place you can be watched from your an entertaining fighter
