More worried about conservatives remaining. Higher interest rates, low confidence, debt, economic incompetence, tax burden.

The housing crash has literally just started, base interest rates cannot go down this year it would be disastrous. Also i don't think this video tells me much. It doesn't really get to the nub of why house prices are artificially high. Also based on number of mortgages falling and 45% yet to come onto new rate the supply will increase as well as the demand which has also fallen. DO NOT, i repeat do not buy this year unless you have to and can afford the new rates for the next 5 years.
